The competition proved to be stiff at the International Mathematics Competition (IIMC) 2011 in Bali. The event ran for six days and 66 teams from all over the world participated. The team from Grahamstown was phenomenal and received two merit awards for their efforts: one for their group (with some other countries of the world) and another for the Grahamstown team itself. Master Maths was one of their sponsors.
